Job Title: Project Lead/Team Lead/ Senior Simulation Engineer

Qualification:

1. B.E / B. Tech or M.E/ M. Tech (Mech/Prod.)

2. Diploma (Mech./Prod.) includes candidates who have done a 4 years diploma in N.T.T.F.

Experience:

Minimum of 7 to 15 years in a BiW related organisation with expertise in Robotic Simulation Engineer.

Software Skills:

- Tecnomatix Process Design (PD)

- Tecnomatix Process Simulate (PS)

- Delmia

- Robcad

- Autocad

- MicroStation

- Offline programming Skills (OLP - KUKA, Fanuc, ABB)

Key responsibilities:

Required Skills:

1. Experience of Plant Layout, Cycle Time, Initial Process Related Activities.

2. Robotic simulation for various Greenfield and brownfield projects for BiW manufacturing lines.

3. Plant Layout studies, cycle time and process optimisation.

4. Highly experienced in Process planning, Kinematics, process validation, Creation of robotic line layout and its finalization, Collision free path planning (Spot & MIG, Laser welding, Riveting, Clinching, Sealing, Handling, Roller Hemming, Service paths), Interlock signalling, Offline Programming for BIW welding line.

5. Experience in work cell building as per process and layout, reachability study, weld spot feasibility, validation of manufacturing tools, handling equipment etc.

6. Experience in Framing, Hemming, Laser and special equipment involving in Simulation.

7. Experience in US/UK and Europe standards for Simulation.

8. Robotic Simulation Documentation activity - Project Deliverables.

9. Ergo Simulation, MTM analysis.

10. Quality control management.

11. Engaging with customer during the project phase.

12. Coordination with Suppliers during division of work if any.

13. Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports on the ongoing project milestones and deliverables.

14. Experience in Simultaneous Engineering (SE) projects.

15. Problem solving skills.

16. Expertise on Handling Customer Deadlines without compromise on Quality

17. Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects.

18. Worked with major projects on OEM's - VW group, BMW, JLR, Ford, Daimler Mercedes.

- Hands on experience with BiW Simulation Hours estimation Knowledge and RFQ preparations.
