Team Lead - System Engineer (13-22 yrs)
Looking for the System Engineer - Team Lead Candidates with rich experience in EV.
Location: Gurgaon
Experience with EV Components is must
Education: B.Tech / M.Tech - Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- The candidate will have a solid foundation in electrical and electronics principles and should have a thorough understanding of electric vehicle chargers.
- Understanding and Segregation of Existing and New Technologies Based on Customer/Tender
- The candidate should be adept at differentiating between existing and emerging technologies based on customer requirements and tenders.
- Preparation of compliance / RFQ documents for clients. Product management with cross-functionality team.
- Conduct comprehensive design reviews, providing critical feedback and ensuring that all design aspects align with project goals and industry standards.
-Facilitate collaboration between engineering teams, R&D and the NPI to address design challenges and optimize solutions up to mass production .
- Oversee the product approval process in compliance with NABL labs and global certification bodies such as ARAI, ICAT, UL, and TUV.
- Ensure that all engineering documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Keep track of industry charging standards and protocols and create charging protocols for the company.
- Extensive knowledge of NABL labs, ARAI, ICAT, UL, TUV certification processes, and IASA documentation standards.
