Team Leader - Drafting (10-20 yrs)
We are looking for Drafting Team Leader with good communication skills & handling 20 ppl manpower.

Experience : Min 10 years
Industry : Oil & Gas
Location : Mumbai
Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Software Experience : AutoCAD(2D,& 3D), Microstation, PDS/S3D, PDMS/E3D
Skills : Aspiring Leader, Excellent Communication Skills, Team handling (20 people), Drafting, Coordination, Confident
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Experience in As built is a must
- Should have awareness of awareness of Piping/Process/Electrical/Instrumentation/Structural dwgs
- Capable of handling multiple projects.
- Coordinating with the clients for the drawings, Checking & Reviewing, Maintaining the progress of the work
- Understand & study the client requirement, document them as Job Note and allocate the work to the team members, depending on the availability of the resources and their competence level.
- Handling a team of 20 members (Designer & Draftsman) and ensuring that the work is completed as per the deadline set.
- Checking the drawings before submitting it to the client.
- Monitoring the progress of the work.
- Must have hands on experience on atleast 3 of the software's - AutoCAD(2D,& 3D), Microstation, and anyone of 3D design e.g. PDS/S3D/PDMS/E3D..etc
