Job Title : E&I Team
Level : Team leader - Electrical & Instrumentation
Grade : AGM/DGM
Reports to : Group leader - Engineering
Organization Unit/Location : ENGINEERING
Main Purpose of Job (Why job exists/what it must achieve) :
- Ensuring of Uninterrupted Power supply
- Ensure the Preventive & Predictive maintenance Compliance of Electrical systems
- Ensuring the Calibration compliance of energy measuring instruments.
- Ensuring the safety of electrical team
Main Responsibilities/Job Summary (Primary deliverables of role and its scope) :
- Availability of power supply for operations
- Measuring, Monitoring & Control of the Energy consumption.
- Improving the skill level of Team members.
- Assuring the statutory compliance.
- Monitoring and controlling the Maintenance Cost
- Coordinate 5S & IMS activities.
- Forecasting of spare parts for timely availability.
- Co-ordinating with Purchase for procuring the spares.
- Working along with team to create safe environment in the work place.
- Implementation of Capex related jobs.
Authorities :
- Approval of PM plan .
- To stop the process if any safety deviation or abnormality w.r.t Electrical system is noticed.
- Approval of Service Bills.
- Approval of Outsource scope related to E&I. Approval of team Leave for Team.
- Approval of KPI of Team .
- KPIs (Measurable parameters of the role) & Dimensions (What is the span of the role):
- Monthly Equipment availability %.
- Maintenance Cost monthly report.
- Reports Vs actions taken based on Predictive reports.
- Statutory requirements compliance report.
- Monthly P.M. Compliance %.
Skills & Knowledge Requirements (Abilities / Knowledge & Expertise in field) :
- Knowledge (Technical / Functional)
- Knowledge in Power systems & Single line diagram detailing
- Knowledge in VFD's & Energy Conservation
- Knowledge of Utility Equipment- Boilers,Compressor,Chiller, Turbine and related auxiliary
- Knowledge of Energy Management Standard (EnMS 50001), Quality and Safety Standards.
- Knowledge of electrical LOTO and safety system.
- Types of electrical protection system and purpose for a complex distribution network

Qualifications : B.E/ B.Tech (Electrical & Electronics).
- Certified Energy Auditor Preferred
Experience :
- Above 15 years.
- Handled maintenance function with contract demand > 25-30 MW,110 kv/11 kv supply with integrated power distribution network of distributed sub stations with oil and dry type transformer, in house power generation, Solar Power and the grid power
