Team Leader - Electrical /Internal Wiring (5-8 yrs)

- To manage a team size of 10-15 comprising of f 1 FTTH Engineer

Role Purpose :

- Handle team to deliver as per client Expectation

- Should be familiar with the defined territory

- Must be above 18 Years of Age

Role requirement :

- Should be familiar with Telecom Activities

- Elafk Understanding of Electrical activities

- Diploma in IT with 5 to 8 Years of experience

- Should have handled 10 to 15 teams in previous assignment

Qualification :

- Should have experience of broadband/ DTH/Electrical /Internal Wiring

- Installation at Site Experience of 5 Plus years

- Develop copper and Fiber team separately

- Should ensure team with hygiene and compliance Id ts available before moving to field for customer site installations

- Drive every single team to ensure 95% Attendance( Including weekly offs) in a calendar month

- Plan & facilitate adequate allocations for every single team in field to complete 3 & above task to meet the daily Target

- Ensure availability of adequate materials for site work( ONT/ Cables/etc)

- Ensure Tool Kits with engineers are in proper working condition

Key Responsibilities :

- Ensure Teams are deployed as per defined Territory

- Ensure teams attend the gateway meeting as and when required by Client

- Identify training needs if any for low performers for improvement.

- Highlight issues affecting performance related to Inventory/HR/Operations

- Reconciliation of day To day installation on Indoor or Outdoor cable for Fiber Copper cable/ONT& Modem from Customer site

- Publish /Provide team performance at the end of the day

- Maintain registry of pain points areas for Engineers affecting the performance

- Handover the IR form to backend team twice a week

- Overall Team Productivity should be minimum 3 & Above Task in a single day

- Overall Team Attendance should be 97% Attendance in a single day and overall

Key Performance Indicators :

- Calendar month

- New Installation complaints Less than 2% of Installed cases

- Client Escalations should be Nil on Engineer Hygiene and Compliance
