Team Leader - Infrastructure Project - Logistics Sector (15-30 yrs)

Please note the precise requirements:


1) BTech (engineering) in Civil/ Mechanical or Planning


2) Masters in Civil/ Mech/ planning


3) 15 to 21 years experience AFTER MASTERS


4) The individual should be OK with being stationed on site for the duration of construction.


Job responsibilities


- Experience as a Team Leader or similar capacity in years in execution/supervision of large scale Logistics Sector infrastructure project for minimum 5-7 years


- Minimum size of infrastructure project area is of 30 acres for at least 3-6 projects.


- Must have experience of leading assignment in advising government authorities, policy making in infrastructure projects for at least 2 projects.


- Must have experience in preparation of DPR/Feasibility study related to large scale logistics sector infrastructure projects with minimum size of 30 acres for at least 1 project.


Qualifications, demonstrated experience, and skills :


- Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering/Mechanical engineering/Planning with Post graduation degree in Civil Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Planning/Management.


- Total work experience of 15-21 Years AFTER MASTERS or POST GRADUATION


- 10 to 13 years of experience of handling large scale infrastructure projects.


- Experience as Team Leader or Logistics Expert or similar capacity in at least 2


- Projects in Operation & Maintenance of large scale Logistics Sector infrastructure projects with minimum size of Project area of 30 acres
