JOB Responsibilities:-
- PLC Programming of New Machines.
- Operation and programming of AC and Servo Drive.
- Troubleshooting of MIG Welding Robots (Fanuc, Panasonic and Yaskawa), MIG, TIG AND PLASMA Welding.
- Troubleshooting of PLC based machine.
- Troubleshooting of Pneumatic and Hydraulic Based machine.
- Interfacing with Robots and PLC.
- Troubleshooting of SPM Machine.
- Troubleshooting of PIPE Bending machine.
- Daily work Planning and Lead to Team according to Plan.
- Development of POKA-YOKE System
- Breakdown, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Planning and Execution.
- Complete Planning, Installation and Commissioning (PLC and ROBOTS) of new line.
Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 P.A.
