Roles & Responsibilities

- Own customs compliance process, coordinate with CHAs and customs officials

- Own supply chain metrics, processes and cost

- Lead initiatives for reduction in inbound timeline, supply chain costs.

- Lead a team of 4-5 executives for tracking of shipments and costs

- Review warehouse and freight forwarders performance; negotiate rates with forwarders.

- Re-conciliation of billing & follow up for payments.

KPIs- :

- Knowledge of import, shipping and customs clearing and duty terms.

- Experience in managing/working with CHAs and freight forwarders preferred.

- Experience in managing and reporting costs and metrics

- Minimum 3+ years- of work experience.

- Knowledge of Microsoft excel. SQL is a mandatory.

- Candidates with first mile experience in an e-commerce/FMCG setup preferred.
