Team Leader - Operations - ESG (3-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Leverage their prior delivery experience in Managing ESG projects, directly handling productions, delivery as per budget and as per SLAs.
- Ensure achievement of monthly budgeted/planned productivity and quality norms-Demonstrated capability in a metrics-driven approach in setting up delivery processes to adhere to SLAs and TAT.
- Ability to engage with management and client with reports, metrics and business solutions.
- Experience in driving excellence in automation. Review and provide suggestions in technology capabilities and functionalities needed on the delivery platform.
- Responsible for effective inter-departmental coordination, optimum resource utilization and reporting
Required Experience :
- Strong Analytical skills and ability to articulate in analytical view points.
- Strong communication both verbal and written
- Self driven-Ability to work under minimum supervision.
