Job Profile :
1. Good knowledge of Tool Room Activities and Documentations.
2. Specialist in Precession Jigs, Fixture, press tools, moulds, die casting and Gauges manufacturing and Maintenance
3. Study & Follow drawing.
4. Knowledge of Process planning for Tool Part Manufacturing, Tool Assembly & Dismantling
5. Conduct trials, problem anticipation and analysis.
6. Trouble shooting and Problem solving of Tooling issues.
7. Utility of all measuring instruments, devices & accessories.
8. Handiling of measuring instruments.
9. Able to operate with proper methods Drilling Machine, Milling Machine, Lathe Machine, surface grinding etc.
10. Knowledge of machining and cost of Machining.
Candidate Profile :
1. 5 Years Tool & Die Making From NTTF/GTTC/CITD
2. Minimum 4-year experience in manufacturing of Press Tools
3. Experience in light precision Industry is desirable.
