Team Member - Electrical Maintenance (4-8 yrs)
Skills & Competencies:
Person will have sound knowledge of PLC automation, HMI and VFDs programming and troubleshooting of Siemens make models like- S7-1200, 1500, S7-300,400 series. He must be capable of doing PLC program modification and can create new program as per production requirements:
Requirements:
1. Good understanding of preventive maintenance system, types of maintenance-Breakdown maintenance, predictive maintenance and opportunity maintenance.
2. Have knowledge of different types of sensors, sensors change methodology, basic concepts of sensors, input, output and NC, NO Concepts.
3. Basic understanding of contactors, relay, timers and counters.
4. Must have good team spirit and involvement in different types of activities in plant-Like-suggestions, Kaizens, energy saving concepts.
5. Problem understanding, root cause and Why Why Analysis.
6. Hands on electrical circuits, Variable frequency drives of different makes-Siemens, Schneider, Altivar and PLC programming.
7. MTTR and MTBF concepts.
8. Awareness about safety systems-LOTO, WAH.
9. Good communication skills.
10. Good problem-solving approach.
11. Well aware of Kaizen, Gemba and KANBAN concepts and implementation.
12. He must be good implementer of given task without any delay.
Educational Qualification:
Diploma in Electrical/Electronics only
Mandatory Skills:
- Someone who is doing PLC Programming is preferred but we are open to look who Understanding of PLC programming
- Someone who can read the instructions in machines.
- Someone who can do troubleshooting of Siemens make models like- S7-1200, 1500, S7-300,400 series.
Other Specific Skills Required:
- Able to communicate - English or Hindi.
Interview Details:
1st round will be Face to Face // VC in special cases.
