- Engineering Degree in Metallurgy/Mechanical/Electrical/Production
- Knowledge of Sponge Iron/Ferro Manganese/Steel Plant Operations/Process Industry.
- Knowledge of all process parameters
- Cost Metrics/Cost reduction
- Process Quality
- Operations Analysis/MIS
- Should be able to identify and report any deviation in process parameters.
- Knowledge of Computers.
- Good communication
