- Lead the team of 5-10 Engineers.

- Technical Support to sales coordination team & sales field team.

- Discussion with end users for better understanding of products.

- New product and vendor development.

- Analyzing competitors Data and Modification in our Products.

- Technical Support to Customers at Factory.

- Supporting Costing Team for Technical clarification deviations.

- Coordination with Design & Sales Team at Preordering Stage

- Checking Technical feasibilities in case of Non- Standard products

- Maintaining Records for Quote with all tech Specs, Specification related data and mentioning in the Quotes where-ever applicable.

- Preparation of PPT for various products.

- Study of competitor's data & Study.

- Technical information of Products compare to client.

- Internal training to sales team

- Visits to customer for Technical clearance and site visits

Costing :

- Preparing BOM & new cost sheets & cost sheet preparation.

- Preparation of project costing, Quotes & maintain SAP.

- Guide the team for complicated discounted offers and commercial & Technical query

- Co-ordination with Sales Team, for best rates during Order Finalization.

- Prepare special product documentation, price justification sheets.

- Responsible for accurate & time bound work completion.

- Price List preparation and updation.

- Getting quotes from supplier, Technical and commercial comparison.

- Providing price sheet as required, project sheet for order finalization.

- Preparing BOM & cost sheets for manufacturing product.
