Job Title : Technical Engineer - BMS
Job Location : Pune
Short Description :
This position is responsible to interpret the HVAC sequence of operation, develop DDC controller's programs using Function Block Diagram (FBD) and do the commissioning of BMS software, DDC controllers and integrators/gateways.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- The primary responsibility is to program and commission the BMS as per the customer requirements.
- Be able to interpret and develop control logic for different HVAC system like CPM, AHU.
- Prepare project deliverables like IO Summary, Controller Selection Sheet, System Architecture.
- Coordinate with customers and other vendors for BMS commissioning and 3rd party integration.
- Integration of 3rd party systems with BMS over open protocols like BACnet, Modbus, M-Bus, etc.
- Support partners for installation, testing and commissioning of BMS software and hardware.
- Able to understand, troubleshoot and resolve the system issues.
- Conduct BMS technical trainings for partners and customers.
Job Requirements :
- Work experience: minimum 2 years in commissioning of Building Management System (BMS).
- Education: BE/B. Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics and Electrical Engineering.
- Knowledge of communication protocols like BACnet, Modbus, M-Bus, LonWorks, etc.
- Hands-on experience of Tridium Niagara 4 or equivalent platform will be added advantage.
- Good communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Willing to travel
