Technical Executive Assistant - Strategy - Real Estate (3-5 yrs)

- Coordinating and managing Technical documentation, assisting Project planning and liaising with engineering team.

- Collaborating with Procurement teams and overseeing budgetary aspects related to technical projects.

- Facilitating communication between Technical & Non-Technical stakeholders.

- Tracking project timelines, managing data and supporting/reporting to Leadership team.

- Preparing MIS reports, Organising meetings.

- Spearheaded in building and achieving road map for obtaining Fire NOC & Occupation Certification on time.

- Identification of decision-making gaps from execution and strategy viewpoint

- Identification of resource requirement for the project

- Logistics planning for High rise buildings

- Handing over flats & amenities to Customers.

- Understanding and monitoring of all activities viz Infrastructure, MEP, Civil, Facade & Finishing Works.

- Planning and Co-ordination across entire Project Life Cycle - Residential Township projects, Commercial Buildings etc.

- Preparation of Project Execution Strategy (PES) for new Sector, involving Site Establishment & Logistics, Procurement Strategy, Risk Assessment

- Preconstruction activities 


- Inputs during design concept stage for valuable construction. 


- Coordinating for the designs based on the DDS. 


- Making broad level timeline 


- Contracting strategy for Contracts & Procurement tracker as per the policy lead time. Publishing the same to concern Stakeholders. 


- Co-ordination with Liaison team for timely approvals

Construction activities:

- Detailed project schedule integrated with design, material & Contracts with dependencies with MSP as tool.

- Periodical Site visits to ensure monitoring of work as per schedule Escalation to Concern stakeholders

- Detail tracking of all trades activities & getting it done on time.

- Preparing and Monitoring Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

- Monitoring of Programme on weekly basis and verifying with site visits, and projecting monthly material requirement

- Assessment of Delay analysis with its impact on project to concerned, based on the escalation matrix.
