Technical Expert - Automobile (4-8 yrs)

Cotech or high competencies technicians,
- Hands-on work experience in a workshop,
- Similar position in car business, Techliner,
- A strong knowledge of workshop / business and after sales as a whole,
- Knowledge of the dealer network,
Roles and Responsibility
1) Repair assistance
- Ensure the repair assistance of the dealer workshop, in support and/or in place of the Cotech
- Works hands-on on the vehicle
- Replace on a temporary basis the Cotech in a dealer, when needed
2) Technical assistance
- Ensure the technical support of the network, when needed
3) Technical training
- Ensure regular visit of the dealers, and provide on the job training whenever necessary
Purpose of the Job
- Perform / repair and provide technical assistance in dealer workshop
Skills Required
- Able to transfer his know how, well organized, strictly accurate, hard working, eager to address any customer issue,
- Good Management skills.
- Cotech or high competencies technicians,
- Hands-on work experience in a workshop
- Similar position in car business, Techliner
- A strong knowledge of workshop / business and after sales as a whole,
