Responsibilities
- More than 7 plus years of experience in hotel operations and asset management.
- Handling Asset operations, Facilities and Strategy Business management.
- Strong skills and ability to work with Microsoft applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Profit Centre Management & Cost optimization
- Commercial Space/Assets Management & Agreements
- Facilities, Services and Contracts management-
- Responsible for creating and overseeing customised asset management strategies for the commercial and retail properties
