- Applicants should be Electrical Engineers with more than 5 plus year of experience in Facility management in construction consulting company/renowned developer/EPC construction company in real estate sector.
- To prepare and maintain an Annual Budget for the Operating Costs of the Building and Common Area Maintenance based on the criteria set by Management.
- Building in a well maintained and professional manner at all times and delivers quality services to retailers within the agreed standards and budgets.
- Operating and Maintenance Plan - Develop an Annual Plan and Budget of Operating Costs, CAMS and CAPEX for presentation to Management .
- Maintenance Contracts - Ensure all contractors maintain the regular services required to all plant and equipment as per the Service Manuals, their contracts and billings.
- Projects - Review the property on regular basis and take care of small projects required for improving the services to the customers. Provide all support in terms of MEP services to the internal fit-out activities.
