- Coordinating with Franchisee, Packaging, Finance, R&D, Purchase, Marketing, Quality, Sales, Packaging & Equipment suppliers.
- Looking after franchisee operation, marketing, technical and commercial activities
- Implementation of projects from concept to commercialization
- Technical support for installation and commissioning of new projects, plant up-gradations
- Maintain quality of the products and implement quality systems
- Imparting training to all the technical people at the head office and franchisees
- Taking care of all the new developments in packaging
- To provide the technical support for the cost-effective production and optimum utilization of the Plant & Machinery.
