Technical Head (VP) - Polyester Films
- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of a company particularly within the Biaxial Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) industry. This role involves strategic planning, process improvement, and ensuring that the company meets its objectives efficiently and effectively.
- You will collaborate with other executive leaders to develop and implement policies and to manage resources in a manner that drives the organization towards its goals.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and manage the operations team.
- Optimize operational processes for cost savings and productivity.

Qualification And Experience:
1. BE & MBA with Extensive experience of 25+ Years in operations management with a significant portion focused on the Polyester Film industry.
2. Knowledge of Polyester Film manufacturing processes, quality control, and relevant industry standards.
3. Proven track record of strategic planning and execution.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Experience with financial planning and budgeting.
6. Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance.
