- Automotive Industry Experience Cluster of resources (hands on skills & Tools)
- RTRT, Tessy & TPT (Time Partition Testing) & CANTATA 20%
- PC-Lint, PRQA & LDRA etc. (MISRA 2004 & 12) 20%
- CANoe, CAPL scripting, CAN Communication Basics (Protocols :UDS 15765 or J1939) 20%
- AUTOSAR & Software Integration 20%
- MATLAB Simulink & Auto-coding (Model Based Development) 15%
- Review process - HIL, SIL (Hardware/Software In Loop), LABCAR & dSPACE
- Data acquisition tool INCA & Data logger 5 % - Python & Perl Scripting
- CM(SVN), Change request & Review tools
- Exposure to Hardware and electrical & Electronics equipment handling
- Team experienced on CMMI-level 3(min.), Root Cause Analysis & ISO 27001 processes
- Technical Leads /SMEs (Subject Matter experts e.g. CAN, UDS etc.) available for reviews & development
- Management of trainings, Skill matrix tracking & Attrition (buffer)
- Monthly Project report on Efficiency, Technical Leads, Managed services, KPI/SLA, Attrition, RBEI Review Support %
- Weekly sharing of Lessons Learnt & best practices among Technical Leads (skype)
- Create docupedia on Lessons Learnt, Best practices & Project Specific Trainings and stored in Share point\OpenDXM
- Timely Communication (Oral and written) & Escalations
- Participation in Stand-up meeting
- Managed services (QCD, review, Tracking & QA)
Qualifications :
- BE, B. Tech, ME & M Tech, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Instrumentation.
- Experienced in Automotive/Embedded Industry
