Technical Lead - Telecom Passive Infrastructure (10-12 yrs)

Key Deliverables :
1. Support own sites circle O&M teams to meet performance standards relating to network uptime, site infrastructure
2. Sites database management for all the own sites (30K) including inventory details of both active & passive infra
3. Monitor O&M performance of all circle against key metrics & capturing RCA for corrective actions
4. Ensuring process compliance and periodic review of processes/audits for any improvement
5. Monitor R&R process & flash dashboard for aging process
6. Support Infra up gradation to accommodate new technologies/tenants
7. Ensuring alarm compliance at all the sites and monitoring these alarms for network uptime & energy cost improvement
8. 8. Monitoring opex of owned sites & tracks for reduction for same.
Skills Required :
q. Understanding of Telecom passive infrastructure required to run the telecom sites
b. Knowledge of active and passive equipment's deployed at Telecom sites
c. Understanding issues which may lead to site outage and resolve them
d. Partner management skills
e. Expertise in Excel, data analytics and presentations
f. Understanding of different power sources and storage devices - EB / Diesel Generators / Battery Banks - VRLA and Li-ion
g. Governance with OME/MS toward reducing network opex
h. Collaborative working with partners, cross functional and circle teams.
i. Improving site quality & safety standards
1. Demonstrate collaborative relationship with internal & external stake holders
2. Demonstrate analytical skills for rent and energy cost reduction
3. Should have an entrepreneurial competency to solely handle the new requirements
4. Individual can address the contemporary and growing requirements through execution excellence
5. Educational Qualifications
- Engineering or relevant degree / diploma in Electrical Engineering
Work Experience :
- Total of 10-12 Years with minimum 5-6 years in telecom operations management
