Technical Manager - Adhesive Division (8-12 yrs)
Position :- Technical Manager
Job Description:
1. Carrying out strict Quality Control on incoming raw material, material in process and final products, supervising the machine commissioning and contributing towards process improvement
- In coming Solvents testing to make sure all solvents are pure
- Titration for products
- Water Based Adhesive: viscosity, dry content, pH, and only for dextrin and casein based curve of viscosity
- Solvent Based Adhesives: Viscosity, dry content
- Hot Melt: viscosity, ring & ball
- Knowledge on Footwear testings
2. Carry out production activities like
- managing the mixers
- managing the filling activities
- making documents for solvents consumption
- Safety and health regulation checks
3. Routinely coordination with customers to understand their requirements and modification in existing products.
- Understanding customer complaints from marketing team
- Coordinating with RnD head to understand how to best change the formulation
4. Playing a key role in purchase activities
- Manage current supplier of RM
- Find new suppliers of similar RM with better effects on the products and lesser prices.
Candidate should have 8-12 year working experience in the same industries with the salary range of INR 6-8 LPA
