Technical Manager - FMCG (11-15 yrs)
Job Description :
- Review Plant & Production Activities, Budgeting, Maintenance & Monitoring operations of all manufacturing units
- Overseeing equipment through proper asset care & utilization of plants; pre-empt breakdown & trouble shooting
- Devise Standards to ensure maximum efficiency, minimize wastage; Improve process yield & productivity
- Conduct system & engineering audits; Ensure appropriate inventory maintenance of all products; review planning numbers
- Focus on Continuous Improvement to implement good manufacturing practices & excellence across plants
- Driving performance driven culture for achieving set KRA's for Technical Managers & across Plants
- Coordination with Purchase, Logistics, Accounts, Marketing, Sales, Packaging, Legal, Taxation, HR
- Decide equipment selection, vendor management, manage plant expansion
- Experience in only juices, beverages, PET & CSD, aseptic packaging
- BE, 11-15 years' experience, 33-40 years' of age,
