Technical manager - Production & Maintenance (9-21 yrs)
-Monitor and improve plant productivity and equipment efficiency.
- Act as an SME for packaging, filling, process, and utility equipment.
- Set and monitor production, quality, and utility KPIs for Greenfield/Brownfield projects.
- Plan and monitor project management activities, including vendor coordination and capex initiation.
- Conduct plant performance reviews on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Identify and execute opportunities for technical upgradation and operational cost reduction.
- Conduct technical plant audits and vendor visits for new and existing projects.
- Ensure asset care and 100% uptime of equipment.
- Support EHS and legal teams in maintaining 100% compliance.
- Assist marketing, packaging, and R&D teams with new product development.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Education : B.Tech/BE (Mechanical/Electrical) preferred; Diploma can be considered.
Experience : 9-20 years in the beverage industry with expertise in:
- Tetra and PET packaging
- Blowing machines, filler machines, and secondary packaging machines
- Utilities such as boilers, air compressors, chillers, and transformers
- Greenfield and Brownfield projects
