Technical Manager - Project Management - Packaging Machine (10-15 yrs)

Responsibilities :
- Identification of franchisee, manufacturing plant design and project execution.
- Work closely with Franchisee for set up new Plant as per Norms
- Ensure the commercial production start up in set Time line
- To assure the manufacturing of Quality Product at Franchisee location.
- To ensure the Franchisee is conforming to BIS norms & Quality Audit requirements as ongoing process.
- Develop the Machine/Packaging Material suppliers at closed to the Franchisee location to assure the Feasibility of Franchisee operation.
- Co-ordination with suppliers as a support to Franchisee in case of any breakdown/short supply of material to ensure the continuity of the Business.
- Interdepartmental & Franchisee Co-ordination to ensure the efficient Preform Business.
- Ensure the Franchisee are regular in paying Franchisee Fees on annual Basis and renewal of Franchisee Agreement.
- Track production /sales data and ensure that all units meet market requirements.
- Address consumer complains.
- Support units on technical and commercial issues
Knowledge in :
- Beverage Manufacturing Process and equipment knowledge like blowers, filler, secondary packaging machine. Compressors, water treatment plants, chillers. Have hand's on experience of handling brown field and green field projects
- On line Monitoring & control of the Process & production
- Quality control & Quality Assurance Methodology
- Negotiation with Material & Machine suppliers
- Consumer co-ordination & communication skill
