We're Hiring Technical Production Manager for Construction Company

Designation: Technical Production Manager

Job Profile:

- Ensuring that the production is cost-effective with the approval of the Operation.

- Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;

- Drafting a timescale/planning for the job.

- Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule

- Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as required.

- Working closely with the Operation Manager as needed.

- Liaising among different departments esp. with the fabricator, coater, and extruders

- Complete production stage

- Responsible for the design and drawing team

- Responsible for the technical support team

- Responsible for warehousing team

- Responsible for laborers

Education /Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Civil/Mechanical Engineering

- Proficiency with CAD (computer-assisted design) tools

- Experience managing teams and leading several projects at the same time.

- Proficient in spoken and written English.
