Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer with strong technical knowledge and proven experience in sales & marketing. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, preparing sales presentations, and providing technical solutions to clients across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain digital and physical filing systems for active sales files.
- Organize and prepare high-quality technical sales presentations.
- Ensure all sales materials, brochures, and presentations are up to date.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer service queries regarding products and accounts.
- Collaborate with other departments to prepare customized sales support.
- Maintain strong, regular contact with existing customers to ensure long-term relations.
- Travel to customer sites to present products, explain technical features, and provide solutions.
- Advise clients on product upgrades and related solutions.
- Build and sustain long-term business relationships with clients.
Key Competencies:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics (preferred).
- 2- 3 years of experience in engineering or process industries (thermal, water, automobile, oil & gas, etc.).
- Strong customer relationship-building skills and cultural awareness.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence in competition analysis and sales strategy.
- Strong communication and interdepartmental coordination skills.
- Business acumen, critical thinking, and sound judgment.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
