Qualification : Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Electronic/Instrumentation Engineering
Work Timings : 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
Working Days : 6 days
Work Location : Thane (Covering Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Raigad)
Salary : Depending on Knowledge and Experience

Job Description :
Sales Generation : Actively prospect, develop, and close sales opportunities with new and existing customers in the Industrial segment.
Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their requirements and providing appropriate technical solutions.
Technical Support : Provide technical expertise and assistance to customers regarding product selection, installation, and troubleshooting.
Product Presentations : Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our electrical products.
Market Research : Stay updated with the latest market trends, competitors' activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Quotation and Proposal Development : Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals in response to customer requirements.
Sales Reporting : Maintain comprehensive sales reports, including sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities, using CRM tools.
Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project execution.
Attending Trade Shows and Events : Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote products and expand the customer base.
Skills :
Technical Knowledge : Solid understanding of electrical products, systems, and applications in the industrial and commercial sectors.
Sales and Customer Focus : Strong sales acumen with a customer-centric approach, able to identify and address customer needs effectively.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in local languages will be an advantage.
Problem-Solving Abilities : Demonstrated ability to analyse customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders effectively.
Self-motivation : Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
Flexibility : Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory and occasionally outside the region.
Computer Skills : Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Should have worked with clients who are end-users located in Thane, Navi Mumbai, Raigad (Taloja, Patalganga)
