Technical Service Manager - Construction (8-16 yrs)
We are hiring a Technical Service Manager with strong expertise in Construction Chemicals (Paints & Coatings, Adhesives & Sealants, Dry Mortar). The role involves leading technical services, supporting customers, conducting trials, and driving innovation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical service, troubleshooting, and customer support.
- Lead product/application trials and scale-up activities.
- Conduct technical training & workshops for internal and external teams.
- Collaborate with sales & marketing teams on new product introductions.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver technical solutions.
-Support innovation, market development & promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemistry/Engineering (or related technical field).
- 8+ years of experience in paints, coatings, adhesives, sealants, or specialty chemicals.
- Strong presentation & project management skills.
- Excellent communication in English; additional language a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 60%.
