Technical Service Role - Lubricants & Grease (10-18 yrs)
- The title itself is indicative of to work in Technical Services to be offered to our customers in the following areas. He will be an interface between the Marketing Division and the Customers as well as between Technology Centre and Marketing Division/Customer.
1. To provide every type of technical help and inputs needed by the customers like end users, marketing companies, etc.
2. To undertake field trials of the greases for introduction of new grades or existing / improved products.
3. Attending the complaints at the customer site and providing the solution with the desired help through visiting the site, studying the problem area, find out the root cause for the problem and providing the solution.
4. Assisting QC/Technology Centre/Production Department for making the RCA & CAPA report followed by submission of the same to the customer for complaint redressal/debottlenecking.
5. Making pictures of the application areas, wherever possible and uploading on the website for enhancement of the filed knowledge to the internal and external customers.
6. To give feed-back on the products for improvement or new development as per the customer requirement.
7. Collecting the information on the competitor grades for new developments and enhancing the business opportunities.
