Technical Support Engineer - Auto CAD (4-10 yrs)
Position: Technical Support Specialist - Autodesk Products
Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team of tech enthusiasts, helping customers from the Manufacturing community make the most of their Autodesk products (especially AutoCAD). If you love solving problems, ensuring great customer experiences, and have hands-on experience with Autodesk tools, we- d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support via multiple channels, following defined processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve AutoCAD-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage personal support backlog, set priorities, and maintain service-level standards.
- Collaborate with global teams to improve support efficiency and customer experience.
- Participate in product testing, knowledge base enhancement, and beta programs.
- Communicate progress updates clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute feedback to product and development teams to drive improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 4- 7 years of industry experience; 3+ years in technical/customer support.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD/AutoCAD LT; familiarity with verticals like Architecture, Electrical, or Plant 3D is a plus.
- Experience with CRM tools and SaaS/cloud-based applications.
- Understanding of BIM and construction workflows preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and work flexible hours.
