Technical Support Engineer - Hardware Design (1-2 yrs)
Position Requirements :
- College diploma or university degree in the field of Computer Science.
- Minimum 1 or 2 years- experience in IT Computer Hardware Field.
- Candidate Should be know Hindi & English ( Fluence in Hindi & English ).
- Optional Candidate Should Know South Regional Languages ( Tamil,Telugu,Kannada,Malayalam).
- Excellent communications skills, especially over the telephone and Need to give remote support.
- Excellent Technical skills required for Computer Hardware, OS Installation, Software Support.
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to Proper Customer Service.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Weekly six working days Monday to Saturday.
