Technical Training Head - Mechatronics Engineering (8-13 yrs)
Experience : 8 - 10 years
Qualification : B.E in Mechatronics (Must)
Knowledge of CNC Machines / Process
Any manufacturing industry :
i. Leadership,Training and coordination of the Apprenticeship program within the regional Technics organization
ii. Participation on the strategic development of the Apprenticeship program regarding new Apprentices, Goal Setting and performance evaluation, cultural and legal regulations.
iii. Personnel and Organizational responsibility of Apprentices at the India site.
iv. Training and handholding new apprentices.
v. Create and execute learning strategies and programs
vi, Ensure high quality, consistent and innovative approaches for delivering programs
vii, Sourcing, Selection and Hiring of Apprentices
viii. Membership and participation in working groups and/or project groups
ix. Leadership and personnel development of the Apprentices
x. Experience in project management and budgting
xi. Planning and preparation of work procedures and rotation schedules of Apprentices.
Qualifications :
i. Engineer with Mechatronics background( BE Mechatronics Must)
ii. Knowledge of CNC basic operations preferred
iii. Minimum 5+years experience in management of learning and training programs
