Technical Writer/Illustrator - Automobile (4-9 yrs)
Job Title : Technical Writer/Illustrator
Experience : 4 to 8 years
Location : Pune & Bangalore
Must Have :
- 4+ years of strong experience in Technical Illustrator and writing. Majorly looking for illustration experience only
- Domain experience in Automotive, Agriculture, or Mechanical industries (recent experience).
- Hands-on experience with at least two of the following tools:
- Arbortext (preferred)
- Creo View
- ISO Draw (preferred)
- CorelDRAW
Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create and revise Parts Lists in the Parts Catalogs for automotive, agriculture and construction equipment.
- Creating exploded view artworks associated
- Produce complete, clear and accurate parts catalogs content as per customer standards and guidelines.
- Processing of information and data (engineering documents, changes, etc.) from
- Engineering, Manufacturing, Parts Marketing, Customer Service, Parts Warehouse and Suppliers.
Educational Qualification:
B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical Engineering
Required Skills:
- 3-7 years of experience in developing the Parts Catalogs for automotive products and systems.
- Should be well-versed with Arbortext Editor, IsoDraw, CreoView, Windchill
- Should have sound knowledge in automotive parts and their applications.
- Should be able to understand Mechanical Drawings, 3D Models and Orthographic Projections.
- Should be a quick learner and should be able to work independently with a minimum supervision.
