Job Description :

- Familiar with execution,testing and commissioning of electrical equipment i.e. panels, UPS, Substations, DG sets,HT, LT,MCC,VFDS, HVAC, Auto electrical equipment etc. related jobs.

- Good Knowledge of HT/LT lines, its associated panels, on load tap changers, 33KV/11KV transformers, and LRS starters.

- Knowledge on drawing study.

- Knowledge of safety electrical network.

- Knowledge of EB-Electricity board supply regulations/requirements.

- Operation & Maintenance of EOT Carnes, screw compressors, DG sets, Battery&DC system.

- Working knowledge on Hydraulic & Pneumatic circuits.

- Siemens hardware knowledge PLC S7300 or S7400,HMIs

- SCADA fault finding knowledge ( Wincc version 5.4 and above)

- Basic STEP 7 fault finding knowledge(version 7 and above)

- Able to work on a range of Instrumentation (different types transmitters, gas analysers and emission monitoring systems).

- Able to fault find serial communication such as profibus DP, MODBUS TCP/IP and 485.

- Experience working knowledge with maintenance planning software (COSWIN/SAP).

- Able to manage and supervise multiple contractors.

- Good understanding compressed air management system.

- Operating and caring for various equipment/vehicles as trained for to assist in safe execution of tasks.

- Execute equipment inspections as required.

- Use all equipment and materials in accordance with Health & Safety guidelines

- Contribute to and participate in the management, control and continuous improvement of the ISO 9001:2008 standard where required

- Complies with Company Policy and participate in audits and reviews as required by the Environmental Policy and Systems

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Diploma in Electrical engineering with Valid Supervisor Licence (33KV) valid in Andhra Pradesh.

- 8 years experience in a similar role Electo-Mechanical maintenance working practices and procedures in a production (Cement /any manufacturing industry) environment.

- Experience and understanding of electrical, mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

- Experience and knowledge of computer software applications e.g. Microsoft Office applications.
