Technician - Plumbing/Electrical/Carpentry (1-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- Maintain and Supervise all kinds of Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Building related work in all the properties.
- Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergency calls
- Conduct regular inspection tours of the premises to ensure all operating equipment is working correctly
- Maintain all tools, equipment, and working areas in proper condition
- Find vendors for various materials required for property setup
- Keep proper track record of various projects and follow timelines
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
