Technician/Sr. Technician/Jr. Engineer - Mould Repair & Maintenance (3-7 yrs)
Production and utility equipment health monitoring and correction of found out deviations.
- Advance planning for expected failures/ breakdowns on behalf of monitoring trends and execute corrective action to minimize losses.
- Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
- Analysis of unplanned problems and plan preventive action and execution,
- Planning and Execution of condition based maintenance and preventive maintenance plans.
- Daily and monthly manpower planning to carry out departmental activities.
- Planning of required store spares and raising purchase requisition.
- Co-ordinate with production and maintenance team members for smooth maintenance activity and product job change overs.
- Carrying out quality inspections on jobs.
- Responsible for safe work practices and environment.
- Responsible to maintain all the records of department.
