Designation: Techno - Commercial manager [Mechanical]

Location: Mylapore, Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Mechanical sector.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

- Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process from lead generation to closure.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the companys revenue growth.

Curriculum Development:

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and develop technical training programs and curriculum for software development.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure th curriculum remains relevant and effective.

- Work closely with subject matter experts to create training materials, workshops, and e-learning modules.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.

Technical Expertise:

- Provide technical support and guidance during the pre-sales and post-sales processes.

- Understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.

Travel and Client Engagement:

- Travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and deliver training sessions.

- Manage client relationships through on-site visits, remote communication, and ongoing support.

- Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and other networking events.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, development, and operations to achieve company objectives.

- Mentor and guide junior team members in both technical and commercial aspects.

- Lead and manage projects as needed, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
