Job Description :
Title : Design Engineer
Experience required : 3 year - 6 years
No. of Positions : 5
Qualification required : B.E. / B. Tech - Mechanical
Must to have skills : Machine Design / Material Handling / Product Design / Sheet metal / Fabrication Drawings
Job Responsibilities :
1. Understand the requirements and work with different teams to implement new ideas.
2. Create design concept and detail engineering
3. Design considering manufacturability, cost, performance and durability.
4. Conduct design review to improve product performance and resolve technical issues.
5. Close co-ordination with customers and supplier.
6. Good knowledge in Tooling, fixture and jigs would be a plus.
7. Hands on experience in various manufacturing processes would be a plus.
Desired Skill Set :
1. Good in engineering mechanics, the strength of materials & theory of machines.
2. A good grasp of engineering and design principles
3. 3 + years of core experience in sheet metal design, machine design, material handling equipment design, Machine design.
4. Good understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic.
5. Knowledge in GD&T, stack up analysis.
6. Good knowledge on any of the 3D modeling software (SolidWorks / Inventor & AutoCAD).
7. Excellent communication skills and good team working skills.
8. Willing to travel overseas for short and long assignments.
9. Basic understanding of Information Security Management system
