TECOSIM - Engineer/Senior Engineer - Design - BIW Fixture (3-10 yrs)
JOB SUMMARY :
3 - 9 years experienced in the concerned stream of Manufacturing Engineering with an experience of working on relevant Projects and able to produce desired quality designs independently and should be able to work and contribute in a team. Self-motivated with a zest to excel in the chosen domain.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Work Independently on Welding fixtures/Grippers/other equipment.
- Concept Design, 3D finishing, 2D detailing, BOM and Documentation-
- Work on Concept Designs with unit building, Weld study, Gun placement, layout study, process study etc.
- Conduct QA/QC activities independently including tool review and validation
- Work on BOM software for different OEM (KSL/SLE/FM-Stueli/Excel)
Primary Skills :
- Welding fixture Tool Design (Fixtures/Grippers/Other Equipment)
- Welding fixture assembly process understanding
- Automotive Manufacturing Domain Knowledge
- Software Skills- UG NX, CATIA, FIDES
