Tekla Modeler (1-10 yrs)
We're hiring for Junior Modeler & Senior Modeler - Structural Steel in Hosur (Near to Bengaluru) location.
Location: Hosur (On-site) (Near to Bengaluru)
Work Days: 5 Days (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)
Experience: 1 to 10 Years
Accommodation: The company will provide accommodation for the first two weeks after joining
Role Overview:
Responsible for Modeling main structural steel elements in Tekla under guidance of the Main Steel Lead. Ensure accuracy and adherence to ASIC standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain accurate main steel models according to drawings.
- Ensure fabrication drawings and model outputs meet ASIC standards.
- Coordinate with Senior Lead for task assignments and progress tracking.
- Assist junior modelers in resolving modeling challenges.
- Identify discrepancies and suggest improvements to reduce errors.
Department-Specific Requirements:
- Expertise in main steel connections, beams, columns, and bracings.
- Experience in generating fabrication-ready models.
- Understanding of load-bearing and structural requirements for main steel components.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 to 10 years of experience in Tekla Structures with ASIC standards.
- Strong in main steel / miscellaneous Steel modeling and detailing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive in identifying and solving modeling challenges.
- Experience in commercial, industrial, and residential building projects.
- Excellent ability to review and check complete models with accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Standards: Strong knowledge of ASIC / IS standards is mandatory.
Software Skills:
- Proficiency in Tekla Structures (latest versions preferred).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or other drafting tools is an added advantage.
- Experience in GA, fabrication & erection drawings, connections & assemblies.
