Tekla Modeler (5-10 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 3D models using Tekla Structures software for structural steel and modular building projects.
- Produce accurate and clear fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and other project documentation.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings to generate precise models and drawings.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Coordinate with the project team to address design changes and modifications.
- Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, software updates, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Tekla Structures software.
- Strong knowledge of structural detailing and modeling principles.
- Experience in creating fabrication drawings and assembly drawings.
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Familiarity with industry standards and codes.
- Relevant education or certification in structural detailing or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience as a Tekla Detailer.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) concepts.
- Knowledge of relevant construction materials and methods.
