Tendering Engineer - Civil/Construction Projects (5-9 yrs)
Job description :
1) To study the tender documents & Drawings.
2) To do Preparation of Tender Synopsis, Area statement, approx cost & present to GM-Estimation for review.
3) To conduct site surveys & preparing the site investigation report.
4) To identify & float the inquiries for bought out items & to do follow ups with the vendors.
5) To arise RFI to client for un-clarified points both technical as well as commercial.
6) To co-ordinate with subcontractors for getting competitive quotations comply with tender document.
7) To prepare subcontractor evaluation for various trades & select the appropriate one for biding.
8) To do item rate analysis as per tender BOQ, Specifications and Drawings.
9) Co-ordination with different departments for their inputs required for tendering purpose.
10) To prepare tender stage construction schedule & methodology including planning of machinery, manpower, material.
11) Preparing - Alternative & Value engineering- proposals including necessary document to qualify.
12) Prepare the - Tender qualification - to clarify identified non-compliance & Un cleared items in tender bid.
