Bachelor of Engineering
- Preparing BOQs, Drafting work orders, Rate comparatives, Vendor Finalization, scope finalization, Rate analysis, Preparing comparative Statements, Coordinate with other departments, Prepare tender doc etc.
- Lead the entire tendering process, from initial assessment to final submission.
- Thoroughly analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
- Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates.
- Develop and present project-specific presentations and submittals.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines.
- Coordinate with various departments (e.g., design, planning, procurement) to gather necessary information.
- Prepare and submit pre-bid queries and clarifications.
- Manage and track tender submissions, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Technical Expertise:
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on construction methodologies and techniques.
- Review and evaluate technical specifications and drawings.
- Ensure that the proposed solutions meet the client's requirements and industry standards.
Cost Management:
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates and budgets for tenders.
- Conduct rate analysis and ensure competitive pricing.
- Identify and manage potential risks and opportunities related to the tender.
