Must-Have :
- Minimum 10 years- experience of Operations Profile in a Logistics Company (Inland Container Depot, Shipping Line, Forwarding Company, Transport company etc)
Experience in Terminal/ICD/Rail Operations :
Academic Qualifications & Experience :
- Minimum 5 years- experience in the leadership profile of leading a team of more than 50 subordinate employees
- Leadership profile looking after multiple functions/verticals
Responsibilities & duties :
The incumbent would be intensively involved in :
Operations Management :
- To implement, execute, and monitor operational activities going in the Terminal :
- Rail/Terminal Operations
- CFS Operations
- Export & Import Operations
- Gate Operations
- Warehousing/Bonding Operations
- Skillful in developing the logistics network for ensuring seamless, cost-effective movement of consignment and timely delivery of shipments in both commercial & operational activities
- Customer Relationship Management & Supply Chain Management
