- Good experience in EV on-road performance testing and report preparation.

- Experience in testing Li-ion and Lead-acid battery packs.

- Good experience in Wiring harness design and development.

- Experience in Vehicle servicing and maintenance.

- knowledge of power calculation and selection of BLDC motor, controller, and Battery for vehicles.

- Power train testing experience is preferred.

- Experience in electrical and mechanical components quality check and selection.

- Good experience in electrical and mechanical components testing and validation.

- Review the quality of purchased products.

- B-Tech or BE in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics.

- Good communication skills in English.

- Flexible to learn and work independently.
