Designation/ Role : Manager- Testing & Validation

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Update and maintain the new product testing

- Timely calibration of all necessary equipment and maintain the records as per process

- Manage the external customer inspections and compliances as per relevant BIS/IEC standards

- Understand the statutory/Regulatory standard requirement and supervise the test plan during the product development new products including components and system level testing, validation

- Ensure the products and components are Tested the per test plan and publish the test reports

- Verify the prototypes and validate the products as per test plan

- Work with development team to comply the product release process

- Work with design/engineering/manufacturing team to build quality requirement in the products during the development process

- Work with the in house and independent test lab and product validation/verification/certification testing

- Participate in external standard bodies such as BIS, BEE and other regulatory bodies for standardization and ensure that the company's products are mate standards.

Network with external test laboratories for the product validation and testing

Knowledge/Requirements :

- Expert of testing as per IEC and IS 16102, 10322, and other internal testing standards, components.

- Expert in managing the in-house test lab and 3rd party test lab

- Expert in the making test plan as per regulatory test standards and based on application /user need,

- Expert in making quality test and lab test report, New development quality documentations

- Good understanding of lab testing equipment including the setup plans.

- Should have been involved in the complete product development cycle in the past
