The Photogrammetry & Remote Sensing Specialist will support urban land management and development programmes through the deployment of cutting-edge geospatial technologies. This role involves aerial photogrammetry, LiDAR integration, geospatial analysis, and use of advanced mapping and data processing tools to enable informed decision-making in urban governance and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Apply aerial photogrammetry techniques to support urban land development and land records modernization.

- Integrate LiDAR data with photogrammetric outputs to produce accurate geospatial datasets.

- Use software like Pix4D, Agisoft Metashape, ERDAS IMAGINE, and GIS/CAD tools for image processing and spatial analysis.

- Conduct geospatial analysis using GIS and remote sensing platforms for mapping and planning.

- Work on large-scale projects within the public sector, applying geospatial tools for decision-making.

- Understand and align work with national urban development missions such as Smart Cities Mission, Swachh Bharat Mission, AMRUT, etc.

- Develop workflows for geospatial data processing, visualization, and dissemination.

- Collaborate with technical and policy teams to integrate spatial data into planning and governance frameworks.

- Ensure data accuracy, compliance with standards, and quality control in geospatial products.

Work Experience Required:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in aerial photogrammetry technologies in the context of urban land management or development.

- Experience applying geospatial technologies in large-scale government or public sector programmes.

- Proven skills in LiDAR, remote sensing, spatial data analysis, and GIS operations.

Educational Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology or related field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Geomatics).

- Certifications in GIS, photogrammetry, or remote sensing tools preferred.

- Familiarity with Python or R for geospatial analytics is desirable.
