Thermal Engineer (5-8 yrs)
- Specialist in thermal & fluids with emphasis on natural and forced convention cooling
- 5-8 years of experience with Thermal simulations tools (FloTHERM )
- Knowledge of thermal management materials, TIMs, heat sinks, Heat spreaders, Fans
- Understanding of electronic parts & assemblies from chip to the final product
- Successful track record in hands-on thermal analysis & testing
- The clarity in detailing issues. Persistence in following up on root cause analysis & corrective actions by the responsible parties.
